update function is not working from within the browser v39

Steps to reproduce:

in v39 of firefox using the help->about-> check for updates/ OR / from the firefox page using the update to latest version option it always detects v39 as the latest and does not give the option to update from within the browser. Will require downloading and installing from a new .exe


Actual results:

gave a message of firefox is the latest version


Expected results:

prompted to update to the latest version
