1325887 - Attachment links are broken in HTML format

When setting Bugzilla to send HTML mails, and the mail UA is configured for HTML mail, the links are broken and points to http://attachment.cgi?id=\d* instead of mozilla.bugzilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=\d*.

Steps to reproduce:
Add an attachment to an existing bug, then watch your inbox and click on the attachment link.

I can't reproduce this on gmail web but on other mail providers. nevertheless it is possible to see this bug on the source view.
