Attachment: Stackoverflow favicon for a github top site

Incorrect favicons are being displayed for a few top sites in the AS Panel.

If you see the attached screenshot, you'll notice that a stackoverflow favicon is displayed for a github top site. On tap, it navigates to github.com though. Usually a stackoverflow favicon is matched with a black background. Notice how it's a green background here.

On this screenshot you'll see that a google favicon is displayed on a linkedin top site. On tap, it navigates to "linkedin.com". Usually a google favicon is matched with a yellow background. Notice how it's a pink background.

This is fixed with the addition of tippy top sites to iOS.
