2. Shift+Middle-click on reload button in urlbar several times to duplicate the tab

AR:  In some tabs url is displayed as tab title, in others "New tab" is displayed as tabs title
ER:  All tabs opened in Step 2 should display url as tab title
No longer blocks: 1277113
Tested on Mac OS X 10.10 With FF Nighlty 53.0a1(2017-01-03) and I can reproduce this. Also is reproducible on FF 50, beta 51 and Dev Edition 52.
