STR_1:
1. Open url [1]
2. Click on the page [new tab will open]
3. In less than 3 seconds, middle-click on the page opened in Step 2
4. Wait 3 seconds
5. Move mouse over the page in selected tab

AR:
 Step 4 - autoscroll circle stays on page.
 Step 5 - constant errors "TypeError: Property 'handleEvent' is not callable." (see below)
ER:
 Step 4 - autoscroll circle should disappear
 Step 5 - no errors
