1. Open http://example.org/20160526082509 in a new tab
2. Drag the tab opened in Step 1 to the center of content area
3. Hold Ctrl key, release left mouse button

AR:  Tab was moved to new window
ER:  Tab should be duplicated into a new tab: tab opened in Step 1 should stay untouched,
     and browser should open a new window with the only tab - http://example.org/20160526082509
