STR_1:
1. Maximize Firefox window. Switch it to fullscreen mode. Right-click on Australis menu (?),
   disable option "Hide Toolbars". Switch window back to maximized mode
2. Press F11 to switch to fullscreen mode
3. Press F11 to switch back to maximized mode

AR:  Toolbars briefly teleport to the bottom by 5px, then (after ~0.1s) back to their normal place
ER:  Toolbars shouldn't twitch
