1327896 - Start of text selection jumps to the end of docment if some elements appear/disappear during text selection

STR_1:
1. Open https://postimg.org/image/m3p3nep5v/
2. Move mouse between "852644801439713_" and "6604733760294132333" in image's name (below the image)
3. Hold left mouse button, move mouse a bit to start text selection (don't release left mouse button)
4. Hover mouse over the orange plus icon "+" at the top of the page
5. Move mouse to the same place where you started text selection in Step 2

AR:  Selection starts from the very end of document
ER:  START of text selection shouldn't jump. I.e. nothing should be selected on the page after Step 5

Note:
1) This bug is awful when it happens inside iframe
2) I also have localized testcase, so if testcase ever stops working,
   don't try to close this bug, set NI request or email me instead
