Affects 51/52/53 so adding affected flags.

the signature is specific to the windows 10 anniversary update & insider preview build 10.0.14986 so far. 
i think the signature switched over from [@ nvwgf2umx.dll | ntdll.dll@0x3c1b7] with the ms december updates https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3201845 ...

The crash volume increases after 51.0b5 and the some of the reports show that program crashes when deleting D3D11TextureData.
This pattern is like Bug 1325933, maybe they have similar root cause.
