User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.87 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce:

tried to open the firefox browser 


Actual results:

the browser doesn't load and displays an information box as Mozilla Crash reporter.
I tried uninstalling the whole browser and reinstalled again it still shows the same results.

Expected results:

Load the browser and I should have been able to use it like any other browser
