1328765 - [Stylo] Make Talos run on Stylo

First, we need to enable the Talos test on linux64-stylo platform (already got a patch for that).

Then, we need to make the Talos test green:

Currently the errors are:

chrome: timeout
g1, tp: Could not find report in browser output: [('tsformat', ('__start_report', '__end_report')), ('tpformat', ('__start_tp_report', '__end_tp_report'))]
g2:  doc.documentElement is null
svg: Stylo crashed

The patch is only the first step, we still need to make the test run green. Reopening.

In general the convention is that each set of patches that get pushed together gets its own bug (like a PR in Servo). If there are multiple parts, we usually file them as dependent bugs of a meta-bug. That's probably the best way forward for the additional steps here. :-)
