The test browser_ext_browsingData_serviceWorkers.js contains a hack to deal with the fact that the promise returned from navigator.serviceWorker.register() isn't reliable to know that the serviceWorker is recognized as registered by the parent process.

This bug is to remove the extra loop (which is currently at line 70 in the test) which will no longer be necessary once changes fo serviceWorkers for e10s land, which are being tracked by bug 1231208.
