When you change a colour or icon under about:preferences#containers, you'll notice that the entire list will quickly "blink" as the entire list gets refreshed at the same time. I've created a short video to illustrate this point. You'll notice that once I've changed the colour/icon, the entire list will "blink" as it's being refreshed: * https://youtu.be/TVFwWWe1nqQ
