No, it was in the backend. It seems like the runnable jobs api is no longer setting the "state" and "result" properties of runnable to jobs to "runnable", as we were before.

Commit pushed to master at https://github.com/mozilla/treeherder https://github.com/mozilla/treeherder/commit/f0d9bbaa61c41df7984ba7eed5d7fbe9e5151b73 Bug 1330015 - Make "add additional jobs" option work again (#2076) We need to set state/result of runnable jobs to "runnable" for this to work, and that got broken accidentally. Add a unit test so that this doesn't happen again.
