Anytime clicking on some area will result in some action (for example, clicking on a label for a checkbox), the cursor should have cursor: pointer set on it.

Hi Tina, this behavior is not normal platform behavior for Windows. I used the Windows 10 Settings app as a comparison. They only change to the pointer cursor for links. I think we should close this bug as wontfix.

Can you provide some rationale of going against platform conventions here?

I think your suggestion makes sense to me. I just removed the indicator rule. I wonder if we have another bug for the width of the action area?
