Anytime before, but no later than 1/24/2017:

Swap out the current headline: 

"Enjoy online freedom." 

with:
 
"The last independent browser." 

on the download confirmation page (/new/?scene=2)

Hi Eric,

I've opened a pull request for this change above, but marked it as do-not-merge for now, before we start translating this new string. Are we sure we want to be as bold as to state we're the "last" independent browser. I'd say this is easily questionable at present and could also be over more so false in the future. It almost feels like we're making a statement or prediction for something that is yet to come?
