Details
We would like to start creating "temporary" permacreds. By which I mean, a row in the Clients table with a short expiration time. To make that practical, we need such rows to go away later, when they expire, or we'll end up with a huge number of clients. The idea is to add an extra property, deleteOnExpiration, and only do the deletion if that's true.
