mail.addr_book.mapit_url.2.name

Most locales these days don't have Mercurial access (it's the case for zh-CN), I would suggest to just go in and fix it. 

Note that these are not the only keys missing.

I'm going to close this one.

region.properties is in the process of being removed, SM will have to figure out how to solve this centrally.
