User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Android 6.0.1; Mobile; rv:50.0) Gecko/50.0 Firefox/50.0 Build ID: 20161208181706 Steps to reproduce: Visit bmo using Firefox for Android. Start filling a new bug in a product that uses tracking flags, e.g. Core, Firefox (for Android), etc. using the advanced bug entry form. Click on "Show advanced fields" if necessary and then on "Set bug flags". Actual results: The requestee flags are available, but the tracking flags are all disabled and cannot be set. Using my phone, I therefore have to submit the bug and then immediately edit it in order to set the desired tracking flags. This happens using both Nightly and Release (50) and I think I've observed already a few versions back. Expected results: I can set the tracking flags straight away before submitting the bug.

Tracking flags are not enabled until a component is selected from the components list since they are filtered by component. Were you able to set a flag once a component was selected?

It looks like the tracking flags are unlocked only once I *change* the component, but not when I make the initial selection. So there seems to be a workaround for now, but something's still not quite right. It could equally be a bug in how Fennec handles form events, though.
