Build: 51abcc7ca Device: iPad Pro iOS: 9.2.1 Steps to reproduce: 1. Launch Fennec 2. Open 12 new tabs by tapping the '+' symbol 3. Select the last tab 4. Double tap on the home button and close Fennec 5. Open Fennec Actual results: - The last tab which is selected is not in view. The scroll is positioned at the first tab. Expected results: - The selected tab should be in view.

Tested on ipad mini 4. 10.2. It now selects the last tab if that was the last one in the previous session. master https://github.com/mozilla-mobile/firefox-ios/commit/4eaadbb9fc4687ed19c75b7e34bdf2ecf4404776
