It's a pain in the ass to have to log into phonebook everytime the browser restarts.
Product: Participation Infrastructure → Webtools
This annoy me as well. Pretty much every time I try to use phonebook I have to log in again.
We're switching SSO providers this year to help with some of that. It's not really under Phonebook's control, but I'll see what I can do to help that transition occur soon.

Presumably this is better under Auth0, though bug 1401767 exists.
