Right now, after pressing the Site Identity button on the address bar, keyboard focus lands on the element with ID main-window. Only a tab then brings focus onto the first button. So the initial keyboard focused element is bogus. It should be either the popup itself, or already land on that identity-security-expander button directly.

This will be fixed in bug 1335018 since it seems like this is a requirement for role=alertdialog to read properly.
