Details

We'd like to allow another method of importing data from another browser. If we don't use automigration, we'd like to add a button to the new tab page that will open the Import Wizard so people can manually import their data without needing to discover the command in the Library Window.

Maria, can we help figure out if we need access to this functionality (it certainly seems to make sense), and if about:home and about:newtab are the right place for that functionality.

I think this is in-progress so clearing fields so it can get re-triaged and duped.
