Follow-up for bug 965031 comment #8. Things to do: 1. rename LOGn, LOG_ENABLEDn from nsHttp.h to HTTP_LOGn et al. 2. defining LOG to each .cpp file in netwerk/protocol/http 3. undefine LOG at the end of each .cpp file in netwerk/protocol/http
