We can use MOZ_LOG for logging in the WidevineAdapter if the NSPR_LOG_FILE is set to point to a location in the %TEMP% dir. This means we can compile-in WidevineAdapter logging in release builds by default, meaning we can turn it on in release builds if we want to assist in debugging.
