Details

Starting Firefox Beta 52 (BuildID 20170202101509) today, I got this error:

  Inconsistency detected by ld.so: dl-open.c: 689: _dl_open: Assertion `_dl_debug_initialize (0, args.nsid)->r_state == RT_CONSISTENT' failed!

And then Firefox stopped.

Restarting it once again worked fine.

This is on an uptodate Debian Stable.
It seems unlikely to be a issue by Firefox.

Hey,

no, this happened only once for me, I filed the bug subsequently, but I don't have any more information, sorry :(

In my opinion I think we can close this as resolved: incomplete and when somebody will have more details about this issue that can help us to understand what is going on, we can reopen it.
