Note that security/nss/lib/certdb/stanpcertdb.c (NSS) is of course M-C.

All the current crashes are version 45.* or older (and ooddly 90% are ja locale)  So => incomplete.  
Although I'd guess the signature morphed. Maybe to bug 1386601?
