Details

We currently have three user-facing Safe Browsing options:

- Block dangerous and deceptive content
- Block dangerous downloads
- Warn you about unwanted and uncommon software

We should keep track of the percentage of users that have them enabled/disabled in a similar way to the TRACKING_PROTECTION_ENABLED telemetry probe:

http://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/rev/12cf11303392edac9f1da0c02e3d9ad2ecc8f4d3/browser/base/content/browser-trackingprotection.js#33
Suggested names for the probes:

- SAFE_BROWSING_ENABLED
- SAFE_BROWSING_DOWNLOADS_ENABLED
- SAFE_BROWSING_UWS_ENABLED

where "UWS" (pronounced "ooze") is the usual industry abbreviation for potentially unwanted software.
