Details
On mac os, with 2 applications in full screen split mode (one of which is firefox nightly), resizing the ratio between the two is slow and sluggish because firefox spends time redrawing its window. Looks like previous versions would just blur out the window while resizing and do a single redraw at the end. Was this change intentional?

I didn't test this correctly. It turned out the issues I was having were just due to my setup.
