We need Yto enable latin-extended support for the Meta Bold font used in titles in the Turkish locale forums

Lithium is pointing to documentation about the url font change, which is not the issue here. The issue described was that the wrong font is being used for the titles of pages in the Turkish forums. I have followed up with Selim to ask for an example to make it more clear in the Lithium case. (I am hoping. )
I will mark as assigned as Joni is dealing with this and I will add the case number to the whiteboard.
