Attachment: "Showing offline version" message shown for pages loaded from local storage

Currently the "Showing offline version" message is shown even for pages loaded from the local storage (saved HTML page). It seems a bit wrong as there's no online version of a page loaded from the local storage. It would be better to avoid showing that message for such pages.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Load a page from local storage

Expected results:
The "Sowing offline version" message is not shown.

Actual results:
The "Showing offline version" message is shown.
