Right now. The Synced devices tab is under history. Instead, Bryan Bell is suggesting that it be a higher order feature for better discoverability and simpler UI. 

It should instead be a part of The Home Menu bar and be in the same column as History/Bookmarks/Activity Stream. 

I've attached a screenshot for this. 

It might also make sense to make sure that in the MenuView (the one at the bottom of the browser) that Sync also appears in order to keep things consistent. 

This is a nice to have for AS. But not required for Phase 1.

Just for context, this is exactly how it used to look before we merged tabs from other devices into History, in Firefox 48/iOS 4.0.

That only shipped about 9 months ago.

It's probably a good idea going back to revisit those discussions.

Hmm. Reading this. Seems like moving it into its own panel isnt a great idea. I'll talk to Bryan more about this and maybe we can make it better in other ways.
