1345870 - make it easier to find logs

Right now, logs are a little difficult to find on Task Group Inspector, especially for people unfamiliar with Taskcluster in general (eg: contributors). Starting from a Task Group like: https://tools.taskcluster.net/task-group-inspector/#/X5Xj4d7ITy2cGTZ25D4M1A/X5Xj4d7ITy2cGTZ25D4M1A?_k=qgffnv, I need to do the following
1) Click on one of the Tasks
2) Understand enough about Taskcluster to know that "Runs" is what I need next
3) Click on Run 0 (hopefully there's only one!)
4) Click Logs

Looking at logs is almost always the reason I go to the Task Group Inspector, so having this use case be faster would be great. A link to the log for the most recent run on the "Tasks" tab would be amazing. A separate tab for Logs (to make it more obvious where are when you click into Tasks) might work too.

Eli/Hassan, getting this on your radar as it's something I know that's been brought up a few times.  There might even be another bug for it out there.  Once routing lands in the inspectors, perhaps the task list could have something to take you to the latest log for that task.  Then when viewing the task details, like the link in the description, perhaps somewhere to call out the latest log there as well

Yep, we definitely want to address this; most likely we can start on this some time in Q2 2017. It is currently blocked by Hassan's routing work, as we can't change the layout much since it's too coupled to the URL.
