User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64; rv:53.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/53.0 Build ID: 20170313154936 Steps to reproduce: 1. Open https://repl.it/languages/javascript 2. Open settings 3. Attempt to disable loop protection (Note: the dialog is actually implemented as a div/span.) OS: Windows 10 Actual results: Immediate browser-wide hang Expected results: Show the div- and span-based dropdown.
WFM in Fx53b4 on Win10. I don't understand the "while logged out of it" and "Show the div- and span-based dropdown.".
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:53.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/53.0 Build ID: 20170316212821 I have tested this issue on Firefox Beta 53.0b4 and Firefox latest Nightly 55.0a1 (Build ID: 20170321030211) and could not reproduce it. Can you please retest this using latest Nightly build (https://nightly.mozilla.org/) and report back the results? When doing this, please use a new clean Firefox profile, maybe even safe mode, to eliminate custom settings as a possible cause (https://goo.gl/AR5o9d).
Flags: needinfo?(impinball)
Marking this as Resolved: Incomplete due to the lack of response from the reporter. If anyone can still reproduce it on latest versions, feel free to reopen the issue and provide more information.

Clearing an old notification since Bugzilla doesn't seem to get that needsinfo on closed bugs is kind of irrelevant to the user.

Could someone drop the "needsinfo" for me? (I have literally no clue/investment in this bug.)
