With recent Firefox for Android Beta (53.0b2 right now, since a few days), for page loads triggered by other apps, it happens often that the home page (with the Top sites/Bookmarks/History tabs) is loaded in front of the original tab, just a little while after that loaded. It's somewhat intermittent, but has happened to me a lot. I think I mostly trigger Firefox from the GMail app or the NewsBlur app.
