"Automatic zoom" value is displayed for one second every time we reload the PDF file

[Affected versions]: - latest Nightly 55.0a1 (2017-03-21) - latest Aurora 54.0a2 (2017-03-21) - Firefox 53 Beta 5 (buildID: 20170320143328) - Firefox 52.0.1 (buildID: 20170316213829) [Affected platforms]: - Windows 10 x64 - Windows 7 x64 - Windows 8.1 x86 - Mac OS X 10.11 - Ubuntu 16.04 x64 [Steps to reproduce]: 1. Open a random PDF file (e.g: http://www23.statcan.gc.ca/imdb-bmdi/pub/instrument/3901_Q2_V3-eng.pdf) 2. Choose a predefined zoom value from the drop down list (except Automatic zoom): Page Fit, Page width or Actual size. 3. Reload the page and observe the predefined zoom value displayed. [Expected result]: - The selected predefined zoom value is correctly displayed in the drop down list. [Actual result]: - For one second, the "Automatic zoom" value is displayed in the drop down. Then, the previously selected value is correctly displayed. [Regression range]: - TBD

[Actual result]:
- For one second, the "Automatic zoom" value is displayed in the drop down.
Then, the previously selected value is correctly displayed.
There needs to be some default value in the HTML markup, hence this (temporary) effect is unavoidable.
