Thunderbird stopped receiving emails at 5:30 AM EDT on Sunday March 26th. I updated, checked my ISP, all are up to date and emails are coming in on the ISP. I keep getting a password error message on Thunderbird. How can I fix this?

Steps to reproduce:

Went to thunderbird/mozilla website. Downloaded the newest version. No improvement. Called my ISP, Time Warner Spectrum. Emails are coming in normally there, password works on the ISP. Thunderbird is not recognizing it and keeps sending error messages. Using version 45.8.0

Actual results:

Thus far there has been no change. At this time I cannot use Thunderbird.
