When Theme preferences are opened, the currently selected theme is not selected.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the Theme preferences.

Actual Results:  No themes are selected.

Expected Results:  The current theme is selected.

When the tab key is used to navigate the dialog, there is no indication that the
control listing the themes is activated until the up or down arrow is used when
you think the control might be activated.
