We will need this to pref on Firefox Screenshots for Beta 54 (previous plan was to use Shield pref-flipping, but it won't be ready in time (see bug 1354151)).

The pref is `extensions.pageshot.system-disabled`.

Current schedule is:

4/12: land Screenshots in m-c with extensions.pageshot.system-disabled=true
4/14: request uplift to Aurora
4/18: Screenshots rides the train to Beta (still pref'd off)
4/18: turn Screenshots on for all of Nightly/Aurora
4/18: deploy this system add-on to pref on for 10% of Beta (and moving up quickly from there)

Hey Justin, could you please verify this? Up to date Nightly ships with extensions.screenshots.system-disabled=true. This system add-on flips it to false.

Everything looks good on Ubuntu 16.04, Win 7, 8.1, 10 & Mac 10.12.

Thanks Justin. I sent an Intent to Ship email, and NI'ing Gerry here to make sure he's okay with us shipping this to Beta (starting at 10% and moving up quickly from there).
