We have three different nsITimer.h files:

gfx/public/nsITimer.h
widget/timer/public/nsITimer.h
timer/public/nsITimer.h

I'm not sure which of these is current and whether the other two are obsolete,
but having three files with the same name can't be what's intended, can it?
Ramiro, is this yours?

yes, my fault, my problem.  i started fixing it last nite.

I fixed this by removing the old files.  thanks.
