The screenshots show the UI of an older version, and it looks like there's been some significant upgrades since then! As a new user, it was slightly confusing that the screenshots in the docs looked nothing like the UI I was seeing.
MozReview is now obsolete. Please use Phabricator instead. Closing this bug.
