Individual bits will be along the lines of:

- update the subview styling (this is a requirement for several different bits of Photon)
- use a fixed, single-column list of items
-- implement some of the... more interesting... widgets in that list
-- ideally, ensure keyboard navigation works as expected
- write a UI migration to move any items that aren't in the default set of items in the current/previous hamburger panel to the overflow panel
