Hello. In my country I couldn't log in into my Firefox account (I live in Uzbekistan). That's why we couldn't use Firefox Sync service. I tryed sighn in into my account via proxy. Via proxy all works normally. But without proxy I couldn't synchronize my browsing history, passwords,bookmarks and others. Please, are there any solutions? Thank you.

Hi Akmal, thanks for the report! When you say "I couldn't log in to my Firefox Account", can you say more about what happened? Do you get a particular error message or other notable behaviour? I assume the issue here is some sort of network traffic filtering going on when accessing the internet from Uzbekistan; unfortunately I can't suggest a good solution if that is indeed the case :-(

Hello Ryan Kelly. I think this problem with ip filtering and in my country internet providers had blocked some sites including Firefox Sync too. For that case I couldn't translate via Ponton service due log in problem Firefox account.

Hello Today I noticed that https://pontoon.mozilla.org/ and https://accounts.firefox.com/ works normally in Chrome. But when I try to open with Mozilla Firefox https://accounts.firefox.com/ doesn't work. With Chrome all works normally. I don't know why it is so. Thank you.

Do you get e.g. a failure to connect, or an error message, or something else? If you can attach a screenshot or similar that would be really helpful. Does it work if you start Firefox in "safe mode" using the instructions at: https://support.mozilla.org/t5/Procedures-to-diagnose-and-fix/Troubleshoot-Firefox-issues-using-Safe-Mode/ta-p/1687
