Details

We need to access  buildbot-ro-vip.db.scl3.mozilla.com and devtools-ro-vip.db.scl3.mozilla.com directly from localhost or Heroku in order to generate our reports.

For the moment we use a  cronjob that run a script named slavehealth.py [1] on the cruncher-aws.srv.releng.usw2.mozilla.com host to get those reports.

If there any sensitive information stored in either of these databases (secrets, PII, etc)? If so, we might not want to grant access outside the mozilla network. In fact, since heroku does not have an internal IP address, we wouldn't not be able to grant access there.
I am not sure what the ask is of NetOps. a localhost connection would not have any requirements of NetOps.
