+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1342256 +++

We would like a script that can fetch credentials from the host-secrets service, then inject those into a generic-worker configuration file or runtime.
We agreed today that this isn't critical -- we can ues static credentials for generic-worker and transition to the host-secrets credentials once we deploy taskcluster-worker.
