It is unclear what information TalosPowersContent.getStartupInfo() actually gives you. We need some documentation here:

https://dxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/f40e24f40b4c4556944c762d4764eace261297f5/testing/talos/talos/talos-powers/content/TalosPowersContent.js#39

This is TalosPowers*Content*. So does that mean this is startup information for the content process? Or maybe it's the chrome process?

What sort of object does the Promise resolve to? What sort of API does it provide?

When *exactly* does the start time correspond to? Some very early point in time in one of the mozilla processes (if so, which line of code)? Or some point in a python script just prior to launching a mozilla process? Or the point in time an OS function is called to launch the process?
