1356801 - 3rd screen pushes "next" partially below viewport

Android (Aurora, 54.0a2, April 15) on Sony Z3c.

I couldn't reproduce on Beta, so there's a regression window start for ya.

STR:

* install
* step through first-run

Expected: "next" on all screens is fully within viewport

Actual: I think it was 3rd screen, but I was blowing by pretty fast, the "next" option was partially below the bottom of the viewport.
