135685 - filenames cropped in save file dialog

Description

The save file dialog crops the names substantially sooner than it needs to. 
Also, we might want to make the filename fit the space if too large by removing
directories in the middle of the string rather than cutting off the end, i.e.
ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/.../win32-installer.exe
rather than
ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/nightly/lat
Alternatively, if we do crop at the end, adding ... to the end might be desirable.

Testing on a recent build of mozilla, I see that that only the filename is now
displayed, and the path is displayed elsewhere. And, if the file is very long,
it tells you it's cut off with a "...". So this has been fixed.

reporter, which exact dialog does this bug refer to?  A screenshot of the
problem in a recent build would be perfect...

I'm unable to duplicate at this point -- I think the dialogs have changed -- 
so I think this bug can be closed out.
