1357950 - Handle Links To Lithium Content on Kitsune

There are numerous links to lithium, either in product that are eternally cached or others that are floating around the web. See:

Anyone who hits one of these links goes to the Kitsune 404 page which is not ideal. Users can search but we should see if we can do a better solution.

This is not final but I am thinking we should redirect urls that contain /t5/ so a page on Kitsune that explains the situation and offers (maybe) links to the most requested pages that are 404-ing according to Google Analytics.

Giorgos implemented https://github.com/mozilla/kitsune/pull/2881/files which addresses this. 

Will still monitor the GA 404 page for anything we either missed or is not accounted for.
