This is the tracking bug for shipping preference experiments in the SHIELD add-on and service.

Preference experiments allow us to test the effect of preference changes on subsets of the Firefox population by temporarily changing the value of a preference. See the intent to implement email for more details: https://mail.mozilla.org/pipermail/dev-shield/2017-April/000157.html
